Payment:
PayPal and money orders are accepted. I must receive payment before the goods will be shipped.
Shipping:
Shipping fees are waved for orders of two or more items.
Your order will ship to the address you provide as a shipping address, not to your billing (or PayPal) address. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. If there are any special request to adjust lengths this may effect shipping time. For custom orders, a time frame will be provided.
For jewelry, unless otherwise specified in a listing, shipping is provided for a flat rate of $5.00 within the US by First Class Mail (2-5 days). Delivery confirmation is included for US orders- you’ll receive an email with your delivery confirmation number. If you’d like your order to be shipped by Priority or Express Mail, please contact me before making a payment.
International orders ship for $10.00 by Airmail (unless otherwise specified in a listing) and generally arrive within about a week, however, delivery times may be longer to some locations. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, I strongly recommend using Priority Mail (6-10 day delivery time.) Contact me before ordering for this option.
Insurance is included in the shipping rate.
I try to use the smallest amount of packaging that will allow your order to arrive safely, in order to reduce waste. For orders of multiple items, pieces can be packaged either together or separately- please let me know if you have a preference, otherwise I’ll use a single package for two items.
Refunds and returns:
Returns within 30 days, or by special arrangement, are accepted and are processed promptly. Earring returns are accepted, but because earrings cannot be re-sold without the hooks being replaced, a fee of $5 will be charged. In general I don’t accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, but if you have any concerns just contact me and I’ll do my best to make sure you’re happy with your custom piece.
Most pieces may be re-sized free of cost (the customer pays return shipping) or at the cost of any added materials. Just contact me within a month or so if you need a piece re-sized.
I guarantee my work, meaning pieces may be returned or re-sized in the event of a error in construction, and I will cover the shipping costs by USPS First Class Mail. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, contact me by email. Please don’t use comments to report a problem. Just send me a message and I’ll do everything I can to make sure you’re happy with your piece(s).
Feedback:
Please let me know if your purchase is a gift. I can include a card with a message from you to the recipient for no extra charge.
